Ticket removal

I sent a ticket a few days ago, and it has been mysteriously removed without being warned beforehand. Would you mind telling me how was that possible and why were I not given a response within the promised time?

Wish this issue never happened because now I have to make the ticket once again. It may seem like it is nothing, but the ticket actually contained a lot of information.

I am pretty sure I chose the appropiate category. I may be mistaken though.
