Add Funds to Payza or PM

I do not have money in Payza, have money on Paypal, now you will have my money? I'm discouraged because an honest site does not force to invest

Mariazita Portugal não é? parece que se tem que investir por fora não é payza ou perfect money! eu pensei que tambem se podia mandar o saldo que temos na balança principal para a de compra e já podÃamos :/
Eu também não tenho dinheiro na minha conta payza :/

Do you mean using Payza on this site for the very first time? What if I've been using it before but not on this site? Do I still need to deposit $4.00?
