Speaking personally, I foresaw this intelligent move. Most members do not check the board that has the most recent news with regard to the official launch and ask questions that have already been answered in some topics. That could be a valid reason, but it is all fine now. I sent a ticket yesterday and I was given an answer in less than 2 hours. That shows that the admin is still active.
